you must accept pain.

To feel the sun

you must feel the rain.

Now you see there's a difference

between moving forward and moving past.

Moving forward you let go

moving past you allow the pain to last.

Be strong not for yourself

but for those who have been there to.

For when they need it most

they will always have you.
