Freedom for and Freedom From
Is it freedom for or freedom from internalized hatred for oneself? Your whole life is the miseducation, you didn’t contemplate yourself just a slave without a name or anything to aspire to. Can’t picture being anything outside of these chains or outside the birth pains, mother once had to endure, for my people I say what is the light skin, dark skin war, what is the cure for the marks of white supremacy ampicillin provides residue of resistance to the revolutionary cause it’s what we’re used to ain’t we are not moving forward. There only two dominant ideologies kill or be killed or off yourself cause it’s convenient for them.
Who has this world been designed for at the heart of its core? How much pain can we continuously endorse? The system was never made for us black man and black woman wake up and stay woke, she carries the world’s weight on her shoulders yet still remains victim to a crooked system, yet we all came from a woman, why do we hate our woman and admire the man, and rape our women living a world of greed, corruption, politics posed as an up worthy prostitution uprooting and exploiting the poor for the riches gains are moral and ethical illusions.
People perpetuate systems of injustice, pretending they don’t know what’s up but, we know the reason for the ruckus, just stop fighting, and join the fight. We can’t continue to join them, we must beat them for all that they want to obtain, the physical and mental implications through passive aggressive microagressions to are hard to explain because every time I explain, white folk cry and moan about the indirect responsibility for the very things that make us insane from pain. When you feel hurt it kind of hard to keep it bottled inside, but to be ally is to be down to ride. Your struggle is my struggle and you don’t feel it in the same way. See there’s something called skin privilege it manifest in Black Friday. Why does that have to be black? What does that exactly imply? Black bottom goes out shopping from inner city on a budget or credit or a debit that they can afford. They realize the power of the black dollar. They know some Air Jordans symbolize that high power. If you want be a rich black man you tailor to their hours.
This is the afrosphere we must reclaim rights to the Motherland. They came with the bible in hand. And took off with resources, gold, diamonds, and tin. Africa has been burning the midnight oil for more than hundred years and we got claims to more than a million tears bring back the peace, so babies all my cousins can eat. They look so mystique, happiness with so little dancing to the rhythm, drum beats.
The Afrosphere is the evolution of blackness
365 days of mixing socially conscious, political action
Meddling with the absence of fear amidst the injustice.
How long can our neighbors ignore
While the one’s we call our own continue to run from the herd?
