Freedom Bird

I'm tired of living in these confined walls Always feeling trapped, and often invisible Not to be seen, not to be heard My feelings which aren't mine, along with words that do not belong to me are spoken from a mouth other than my own, but through a voice that sounds similar to my own, yet the words and feelings are unknown No matter how many tears fall from my face, No matter how much time and energy I put into breaking free, I fall like a freedom bird with a damaged wing Afraid that this will always be me, until life decides to let me break free.
