Freedom in responsibility

Galatians 5:1

Christian Liberty

5 Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free,

and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.

Freedom in Responsibility

You want to be free to do what you see.

You want no restrictions to bind you.

I know you to be free for what you ought to be

but it is just yourself … who guides you.

Desires and wishes … self-centered in kisses

on your own hand in the center of your will.

You’re so energetic … almost magnetic

as you mark everything … on God’s bill.

There is no change as in value you arrange

every item into your own conception.

Interpreted by self … then stacked in a shelf

as the ends justified the means in perception.

The choices you make … as in habit you take

all the things you think you deserve.

Makes you wonder why … others don’t try

to understand your freedom and nerve.
