Freedoms?

If I have freedom of religion, Why am I ostracized for my beliefs? Why do people argue with me? And try to sway me to their side When I say I do not believe in God. If I have a freedom of speech, Why am I told to hold my tongue? Why am I silenced when I try to voice my thoughts? Why do those around me undermine my attempts? If I have the freedom that so many live without, Why do I still feel trapped? Why does it seem that those freedoms are not guaranteed? Why does it seem that those freedoms are not for me?
