FREEDOM(spoken word)

I just wanna be free

but what does that exactly mean

is it just an abstract idea or something that I can achieve

is it a feeling of comfort or liberty 

can one feel free when they are actually not

can someone give you freedom on silverplater

or do you have to fight for it

tracing through history

no country achieved true freedom without a fight or otherwise they'd

just enter another form of slavery

I just wanna be free

I know its gonna cost me something

and I'm willing to pay the price

The fact that I haven't fought for any of it yet

I don't believe that I am

since the true taste of freedom is sacrifice

I gave everything to achieve it
