Freshmen Year

I got home to get thy letter that my transfer went through

Told my friends I'm leaving and they replied "we will miss you"

I start the school lonely scared and sad

Filled with social fear I never took anyone by the hand

The next year I meet a group of people who were so weird I couldn't believe they were real

They were so unreal however I saw the appeal

With their help, I found faith in myself and gained confidence I never had

They even help me when I feel sad and bad about myself

My friends helped me find me and overcome my social fear
