A Friend
My life shattered
Within moments of time
The evil tear between my dreams
Damaged and broken only to be thrown away
Spirit lingering near behind
My heart ripped hastily
The gore of the pain
Rumors that dared to be true
A friend?
What urge did she obtain?
To kill passion
To kill lust
In one human being
How dare that immoral wench?
She dared to be the holder
Of an event so unlike its brothers
A murderer of defenseless souls
A serial killer of one’s mind
A cold blooded tyrant
Of all humanity
An emblem of adversity
My friend?
No, never
She ruined everything I had to offer
She slaughtered my entire honor
She ripped every single
Last bit of angelic breath I owned
From my aching core
This, thing
Was nothing
Is nothing to me
A friend?
Does not develop
The audacity to crush
Their friend’s hopes and dreams
They are to love you
To be there when the world is falling all around you
They are supposed to shelter you
When people are destroying you
They are to be but an angel
And a gift
How they shall ruin you?
Is all up to them
But in the end
You decide to only associate
Something wrong with this poem?
