("A Friend")

All I wanted was a friend,

During trials and tribulations.

Someone to hold my hand,

During suffering and separation.

Someone who would understand,

And be there to hold my hand.

To let me know,

Everything will be alright.

Someone to pick me up,

When I fall.

Someone to hold my hand,

And let me know,

That I'm Not Alone.
