Friend

You never lose a friend They are just out of your reach You never gain a friend there were always there you just notice them You have many friends or little friends But you only know who you really are true But what are true friends? They say those friends who stick with you when you have a problem But what if that friend feels they won't be any help and decide to leave aren't they true? They didn't want to complicate things getting your way They want the best for you what would you call them then?

Hello! My name is Maria and I'm 18 years old. I love to write poems I do it for the fun. Its easier to express myself this way, every poem I have its story behind it. I like to get advice from other poets and would love to read what other poets have written!
