A Friend

A friend, someone you can count on,

a person you can tell anything to.

Someone who gets you and

will stick with you through thick and thin.

Who if your back is pressed against

the wall can give the support to push

back.

That one person, that if you had the

crappiest day ever can make it better in a few simple words.

A person who may be able to give you the advice

for that problem you've been stuck on for days.

A friend, that person you can come to for

a laugh.

That special person who challenges you

to do the things you're afraid to do.

Who cares for you as much as

you do them, and maybe even

more.

Someone who protects you whenever

you're in trouble,

or cheers you up whenever you're sad.

Just makes everyday a good day when you're

around them.

Many people have different ways

they get through life

Some have that diary that they

can share everything with, ohters have a stuffed

animal that can comfort them when in need.

A lot of things are used in a persons life.

But i truly believe one thing that is important that

I can't live without is a friend.
