But she hates it

She likes being alone

She has troubles

She tries to tell them

But no one listens

Her thoughts scare her

She tries to understand

But she never understands

The only people

Who care

Aren’t around

Her friends almost don’t care

She connects with older people

But she still has her friends

But are they her friends

The question waxes and wanes

Through her brain

She is surrounded by problems

Others have similar problems

She talks about them with others

But not with her friends

And don’t listen

She can only be at peace

When she sleeps

But she cannot sleep

Tossing and turning

All night

She is sleep deprived

Preventing her from working well

She is hungry,

She is nauseous from both

She cannot eat

Her stomach won’t handle food

It’s annoying

Nothing’s not annoying

It’s sad when

Friends are annoying

Because then you don’t want to be near them,
