Friends

They are with you when needed.

Soulful angels in our crises.

They wear wings – wings of love.

What would we do if they were not there?

Civilization would cease.

The world would be so cruel.

It would not be life.

It would stink of death.

Are guardians known by another name?

If so, it is friend.

They truly are.

Relax in their soothing auras.

They are the most loved possessions.

Polish them, fix them, but love most of all.
