Friend's Love

Its not always just about love

Sometimes its friendship thats sent from above

The ones that are true and deep within

Are the real ones you keep til the end

Talk every day and every night

The type of friend who will never take flight

We know this could be a lover too

As long as you dont become a fool

My mothers have been together for about 13 years

And I still remember every single tear

They fought and yelled at eachother so bad

All I wished for was my caring dad

Even through all of these stupid desputes

They were still together, always in kahoots

That's why I know that their love is stong

I know no one can break the bond of my mom's

Most friendships and others I've had are as nice

Having love and knowledge I knew would suffice

I trust so fully with my heart

You have to know never to keep it apart

Ive been stung by the pain of friendship turned sour

And sometimes I think about them for hours and hours

That's why I know support is key

Because in the end a friend's love is all you need
