Friendship Soulmate

I stayed up with you

All night

My shoulders wet

From your gorgeous eyes

I hate it when

He makes you cry

Don’t worry, my friend

I’ll never leave your side

Because I love you.

When you moved away

I wrote you letters

Everyday

Describing all the ways

That I love you.

Even though we just met

Doesn’t mean we can’t be

Best friends,

I’ll protect you until the

Very end

Because I love you.
