The Frog Princess
Once upon a time there was a teeny tiny frog hiding under a rock in the creek
The noises were loud and not ones she found inviting
She tried and she tried and still couldn't do it; she felt very weak
The frog was waiting for a sound of comfort; one that meant family was near
But, it never appeared.....the little frog was waiting
She was left trembling in fear
Til one day, the frog decided she had enough of the waiting and weakness
She hopped out on a lilly pad into the sunlight
She ate her first fly and claimed her right as a princess
