In Front of You

In front of your cries I cry for your help In front of your smiles I smile to myself And that is why in front of you I act more different than you used to know In front of your fire One is lit in my heart In front of your voice My own comes forth And that is why in front of you You see me as no one else does So in front of you my passion burns You see it but do not notice In front of your eyes you see my struggle You quell it but it returns It's all for you, though, you do not know The pleasure this irony brings And in the end I hope you know That to me you mean everything
