My fingers turn to ice,
Tears in my eyes sparkle like frozen diamonds
I stare ahead blankly
Watching the snow falling around me
Impossible to think that snow would soak your hair
Impossible to believe that you could be one with the winter

Frozen beauty, only comes encased in ice
You soon become the winter yourself
Hair speckled with snowflakes
Your eyes become icy marbles
Your blood, a frozen river
Your senses still heightened in the deafening silence
Like a deer, you stand completely still
As if you sense a predator

If your blessed, the Goddess will come in the form of the sun
Kissing the ice from your lips,
Filling you with warmth
Awaking you to love

If you are unlucky, the snow and ice becomes your tomb
Your body trapped in snow and ice
You wish to scream for help,
To bring out the sun to warm your bones
To find a purpose to hang on...
To keep from succumbing to the icy death,
Which seems so welcoming,
All you have to do is let go...
Give in to your fate....

But then you see her.
The maiden of summerland
She holds you close,
Your icy tomb melting
You blink, finally awakened
Your blood becomes warm,
And finds its way to your cheeks
She kisses you again,
Bringing you back to life
Returning purpose back to your life
Saving you from death by her kiss

Then your hearts become intwined
Your souls become one
And the dreams and love of Summerland
Soon become your reality
