Frozen Heart In Fire.

our hands touch as snow falls on our eyelashes.

silly we run around screaming our love to the world.

as we fall to the ground to hold each others hearts and the winter melts into spring.

we let go.

she feels the heat as the sunlight takes over her face.

this was a different warmth. not like the one she had known when everything was so cold.

No, this heat was full of haterd and betrayal.

An illusion of happiness ran deep in the sand as beach balls flew.

what happened to that warmth.

why does it now warm another.
