Fully Aware

When you look in the mirror, what do you see?

Is it a person you hate?

Or a person you want to be?

When you look at your life, are you content?

Is it worth living?

Or is it something you resent?

Do you think you’ll ever be happy?

Do you think anything will ever make sense?

Do you think there’s anymore to this?

When you find the answers,

Would you please let me know?

Because I’ve been holding on for so long,

And I’m ready to let go.
