A Fur Baby Known As Comet

A Fur Baby Known As Comet - By Julia Michael

Excited trotting as a white fur ball sniffs his new surroundings

Giggles and laughter fills the air with hope

Hope for a happy full life

A happy new fur mama beams with excitement

No way was she about to get a dog bigger than Comet

Waking up to come downstairs

Seeing a proud fur mama with her fur baby cuddled up in the early morning hours

Tired smiles as we pet a pitifully groaning dog from eating too much

Warm summer days with rides on the parkway

A white streaking comet zooming down the road

With his trusty chauffeur Daniel Michael

Cold winter nights bundling up a cute little dog in his sweater to go outside to pee

A short white dog

All you can see is his tail in a jungle of fall leaves

The forsaken giggle ball that drove everyone crazy

Although everyone always wondered how it made such a peculiar noise

These were the memories

Of a fur baby known as Comet
