The world my palette of colors

Shaping them to fit the

Black and white negative

Shifting and stirring and changing

The stereotypes of reality.

This change changes

Almost too wide and too deep.

Impossible to touch but reachable

Finding it growing and molding

a new world to discover and alter.

A kind of change that seems

Too big for someone like me.

Difficult and strange for many and

Accomplished by no one person alone.

This dark vision that is before me

Stands and mocks my defeat.

But there is a glimmer that rises from it

Like the sun but brighter.

A light that fixes and changes.

Mixing the black and white negative

To form a new and everlasting positive.
