The Future

In ten years,

who knows where I will be?

Here? Maybe there?

closer to my goals?

maybe further away?

Who cares?

All that matters is that I’m happy.

And yes. I’m happy.

I’d like to live the life of a vagabond,

A free spirit

¡Unpredictability!

What’s next? Who knows?

I’m a firecracker. You never

know when I will pop

or maybe I’ll only crackle

All that matters is that I’m happy.

And yes. I’m happy.
