Future

Where will you be this time next year? Working hard at your job? Or downing one more beer? You fear the future, that's good But don't be scared stiff You gotta keep moving forward Too much worry makes you trip If you get stuck on one problem Don't let it ruin your whole day Just calm down and try to solve it And if you can't, then walk away Not for forever, just a moment Clear your head, gather your thoughts Focus on your achievements and goals Not your could of's wont's and not's You'll never reach perfection It's impossible, don't fret it If you make mistakes, that's fine You're only human, don't regret it Move on when you are stuck Don't drown in your failures You can have a happy life In a mansion or a trailer Keep good people around you Not the ones that bring you down When you keep 'em there and you get hurt You're the one who looks like a clown Cherish your life, my friend It's the only one you got Keep laughing, loving, living Don't you ever ever stop
