Future

Although it must seem faded,

and occasionally underrated 

there is something to be stated 

for the opportunity provided by an open door.

As you grasp the handle unknowing

not sure what might keep you going

and growing 

on this new chance

this change, don't blanch

or shy away from the future that's in store

just beyond the open door.
