Future

Everything comes crashing down

Just when life starts to feel safe and sound

And I'm startled to see

I'm not who I want to be

But maybe you can give me a chance

In a world full of people with talent to spare

I never thought about the future

I never even cared

So now just let me figure out who I want to be

And then maybe I can make it on my own
