Future Husband

Dear Future Husband Husband of the future I have loved with a love that is more than love My heart feels dead inside And yet the pain is so alive Like its corroding every inch of my flesh My eyes can only do the talking as my lips cannot cry no more I am lost and broken I am damaged The past has destroyed me I act all strong But I am fragile I am a girl who wants to be free Freed from this room Which has trapped my soul In these walls called prison I wish I could be Michael Scofield And break out of this prison called my heart I have become emotionally and physically defeated I have stopped looking for monsters When I realized I have been surrounded by monsters. Time and again i wish I was a little kid again Skinned knees are better to fix Than broken heart Every night I put my head to my pillow and I drown in my river bed During the day I fill buckets Save me future husband My heart been scattered I been knocked out Total knockout Hit rock bottom Struggling to crawl like a toddler But scattered into pieces like glass What if I feel this way for the rest of my life future husband I have seen blue days and some come black I just cant wait to paint them with our damn colours husband I will drink red wine just to keep you company my future husband I will watch your favourite soccer game with you my future husband I will dance to our favourite song with you by my side future husband I will start crying for little things but love me anyways future husband I can't wait for the days I will trace your finger prints on my skin future husband I cant wait to write poems on your soft skin with my sweet lips future husband And make me forget i had a dreadful history Mend my heart for I only trust you Make me new future husband
