Dear younger self, 

listen to my advice with open ears 

life is going to move extremely fast and you need to be prepared 

distinguish all that fear of public speaking 

you need to stand up and speak your mind with a confident voice 

also, the next few years will be a bit of a lonely time for you and I'm sorry for that 

but always keep in mind there is a light at the end of the tunnel 

the stress you're having now is going to be nothing compared to your future anxieties 

take a deep breath and just relax; live life and love yourself
