A Future Untouched

I want to be a wife I want to wake up early in the mornings And enjoy a quick breakfast with you A kiss before work I want to be silly Midnights where we make brownies Days I can have you try all the food I make And you will, even though you know you won't like it I want your love Cold nights cuddled under blankets Maybe even a family... I want to buy a house with you After the wedding of my dreams (A small one with no awkward dancing, of course) I want a billion pets That you'll complain about But let me have, because you love me I want to sing to you And laugh with you I want to give you comfort and happiness The Queen of our home Completely in love with her King I want to help you when you're sick And comfort you when frustrated I want hot baths And sensual nights I even want the fights Because at least I'll know we can communicate our problems I want family visits on the holidays Knowing that I'm really your family Accepted I want more dates Another night star gazing A quick hike A day at the mall I want all your nerdy hobbies A room full of video games I want to grumble at you about your country music And you to tell me you can't understand mine I want to pet your hair And plan how we want to spend our money I want to grow old with you And for us to be just as happy in 50 years I want you I want to be your wife
