FYO! (In A Love)- November 30, 2015

Inspired by: Kehlani’s “You Should Be Here”-the song.
This was never a love,
This was a secret that you never wanted to share,
You act as if you don't care,
What did I do,
What did I do to you,
All I ever did was love you the right way,
And that is all you have to say,
I loved all of you, gave you all of my heart,
How do you rip us apart,
Like that,
To cheat like that,
Not being honest with me,
When I gave you all of me,
Why claim to love me,
You didn't love me,
The way that I loved you,
This is what you do,
Deceive me, lie to me,
This is a love that was never about me,
It was all about you,
YOU YOU YOU,
How can I satisfy you,
In love this is what you do,
If that is love I don't want it,
You can have it,
In a fake love that you colored real,
You never wanted to seal the deal,
In a love that I thought was real,
You lied so many times,
I put my truth out on the table so many times,
How do you ignore that,
How can you go below that,
To someone who DOESN'T understand you,
In love that is what you do? ,
You tell your truths later,
And hope I won't react later,
Because it is the past,
Yeah, I want us to last,
But if I gotta deal with this bullshxt,
I'm in a love alone because you wasn't for it,
I was alone in this by myself,
You left me to KNOW that I was in a love by myself,
Trying to decifer if your lies are truths,
But I want to KNOW that your lies are lies,
I'm through with the one million cries,
Never did I betray, all I did was TALK,
In a love where I will walk,
In a peach dress,
But then I say I guess,
Because I knew this love would be a mess,
I REALLY would have stayed,
But I guess you would have thought I strayed,
I told you that I was staying,
But in this love that is what I'm not doing,
I laugh because this is something that knew you would do,
But its not a happy laugh for you,
It's a hurtful laugh because I knew,
That I was in a love that was never true,
So I just WANT to say FUCK YOU,
and I want to FUCK YOU,
OVER!,
I want to treat you like you treated me,
I can see that this was never love,
You picked me, I was your top five,
But I really loved you, and I became the side chick,
All because you wanted to act like a dick,
But you are not a man,
You are a woman,
I was in a love that was never real,
So secretly we never sealed the deal,
And I loved you harder than I should have,
Was it too much to give?,
Oh but wait! We were in a love that was already burning,
And now you want to start defending,
Didn't I just say FUCK YOU!,
I'm through with you, stop texting me,
Obviously you can't see,
That I am through, It's over with you,
I'm not gonna cry, I'm gonna do this without you,
You see, I'm not going to lie to you,
Because I was in a love that real,
So once again let me sincerely FUCK YOU!,
OVER!,
In a love that was never real to you,
This is what you do,
Well I don't want to be IN LOVE,
if that's what you do IN A LOVE LIKE THAT.

Poetress Justice

My name is Tonasia but my poetress name is Poetress Justice (PJ). I have been writing poetry since i was 13, but started over when I was 17 because I wanted my poems to appear to a much older audience. I love to write poetry and the way that it just flows. I believe it was a genetic thing because my mom and dad use to write when they were younger, and I guess it kind of grew on me overtime. Since I have been writing I have gotten nothing but positive feedback from friends, and the whole GSPoetry site since I started. Most people have told me that I should publish my poems, but due to shyness I am afraid to. With that being said, I hope you enjoy my writing and hope that some of you can relate in a way to any of them.
