Gabriel / Recurring Stranger

In the dark

a stranger sits

ever stranger

is that he fits

unseen

bright as ever

his vision

burns through my eyelids

his wings stretch

from east to west

A mark of seven

across his chest

I sleep at ease

resting atop

the sweetest dreams

a message now clear
