A Game
Raised in love, fed to hate
the disappearing youth engage
Bleeding hearts, scrambled minds
Join the game.
Once covered eyes, now exposed
drown in tears and then turn cold
no protection, no escape
From the game.
Just a game to hardened hearts
who seek to change the ones that aren't
the ones who love and don't yet know
the grasp of hate and death.
Fading minds, souls corrupt
everything now given up.
No more youth and no more love
The game is won.
