The Game

Once upon a time

Someone had a hard life.

Through goodness and virtue,

They got over it,

And Life gave them every sweet gift.

Does Life really play by these standards?

Or is He distracting us,

The good hearted,

The gentle,

While the sly and manipulative

Truly get the prize?

While we are contented with

Good feelings,

The others become stronger through the

Continually denied conscience.

Look around, and please answer.

Who is Life really rooting for?
