Game Over

Hi im the game

You ever so selfishly played

The after math of your washed up time

You didnt play to win the game but to test the levels

Hi im the game

I fell for you but there was no safety guard

Just more damage to my character

But this time there is no shiny new spawn

Hi im the game

Your final mission was pain

And your journey, there was pleasure

You broke the rules so game over

Hi im the game

Im not good enough for you, right

My heart in your hand

Didnt keep your eyes wandering

To other games you cant wait to restart

Hi im the game

That gave you the prize

After you looked at me with those eyes

So selfishly scanned

By i thought that look was the look of the forseable future

Hi im the game

That panics at the hours spend on recieved

Mind Shooting to the worst possibilities

Because your arogancy

doesnt keep you from refraining

Hi im the game

The scratched disc

That sends no hope

The console that is just a little too slow

Hi im the game

That after a week

You return

And as for an upgrade

Hi im the game

That needs reassurance

Asking

Are you still  there?

As if the days on days

Without a say

Wondering which way

My tears will fade
