Gangs


Blood they shed, both enemies boiling with hate. Hate that stems from unknown roots. Roots in the same communities. Communities with like-minded people. People that listen to the similar beats, wear similar clothes, and have similar recreations. Recreations and similarities that they both share and overlook while they spill each other's blood.

I whipped this up after watching some devastating news in a rough neighborhood. It is also the first poem that I have written in my life.
