Gangster

Gangsters seems tough but is a man just hurting inside,

Angry, like a bulldog

Never scared to step when disrespected,

Greedy wanting more and not afraid to

Shoot when his stomach is touching.

Time, get arrested judge throw the book at him,

Eternity the pain inside never expressed,

Responsible for his demise never got the chance to change.

Hello Kentrell,

I just want you to know that I am reading your poem with my 7th graders tomorrow. It fits perfectly with the rumble scene in The Outsiders. Thanks for sharing your work.

~ MRS. GOLD
