Garden of Eden

Garden of Eden Stare at the stars and dream of the moon. Fly through the clouds, Become one with Mother Earth, And sync with her tune. Our lives are a garden— Delicate, but used. Our thoughts are the soil And emotions are rain. Through anger we become dry And fear siphons the minerals throughout the day. Love is like water; it giveth and taketh. Just enough to thrive, But don’t overspray it. Think like a tree although you may be seed. Whether we believe in God or not All we have are our deeds. Our actions grow stems And pedals are rewards, Although without a strong foundation we may fall So stretch your roots through the floors! Bend with the wind, But don’t fly away. Hold your ground until the end There will be better days.
