the garden of eden

The roses beauty has faded Its petals withered and fallen All that remains are its blood dipped thorns. The gardens of Eden Bloom with brillance no longer. A place that once held the Beauth of the heavens Has now become a prison Surrounded by a sea of demons. The angel's sweet songs Dance no longer upon the wind Fore by the banshee's wails Have they been replaced. The sweet life of spring blooms no longer Fore by autumn's cold winds it it smothered. The pleasantries of summer have vanished By the might of winter's sorrow. Love lost has caused a fallen soul With scared filled eyes to lose sight Of life's beauty and warmth.
