Gargantuan
That gigantic space that was placed in the middle should have been filled.
Instead it remained empty.
Slowly, diligently, it moved, that emptiness moved.
Living within the flesh,
Emptiness became a parasite, slowly and diligently, it moved.
The space needed to be filled with light,
it wanted to be filled.
It never did.
Then the emptiness became home.
It was no longer a parasite, but a friend. Ever so slowly, that emptiness stretched its claws,
latched on, never letting go.
So that gigantic space that was placed in the middle, should have been filled with light.
It never did.
