Gas

Humans have tanks too

Just like the cars

Sometimes it’s full

Making me think I can reach the stars

But sometimes the light turns on

Meaning I’m running low

I just want to give up

Feeling like a black and white rainbow

But then as a reminder

I think about others

That for every time I stop

They yell “Give me another!!”

So, when I’m about to give up

When the obstacles seem to get larger and larger

The fuel that keeps my tank topped off

Is that someone out there is working harder.
