The gateway to Life

Education is the gateway to my future But I am the key that needs to unlock it And if those doors of education open I will go in the doors a high school graduate And I will come out a college graduate With the fresh smell of knowledge And the strong aura of success Will run thought my body Like water runs through a valley I wish to go to college for knowledge So I can go deep into the mind of college And extract the essentials needed for life And I will come out a scholar A scholar of the highest caliber To take his whole data of knowledge And it will upload into society So people will know how hard I worked My peers will see how much I crave knowledge And people who knew me in the past years Can see how much I've grown From a new student who knew very little To a scholar who has his mind set Set on the bright future ahead of him And I will chase those dreams But I know not of where they will take me But I know the future will be as bright Bright as the sun that never dies And always stays bright For the things that may lay ahead And the things that are right around the corner
