Gazing from a distance

Gazing at one's beloved from afar is also an art, that only the one harboring unrequited love can truly understand. The growing distance only deepens with the passage of time, your affection for them intensifies. Blushing at a mere glimpse of them smiling instinctively when you see them smile Finding joy in their happiness. while remaining unseen you watch them belong to someone else.
