Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Pop pop poppin pills

Hands shake

Heart races

Am I sweating? I can’t tell

Trying to stop my hands from trembling

Rattle tattle rattle bottle in my palm

Shouldnt have forgotten to take em last night

Oh here it comes

Panic panic panic

Panic attack

Crying everything shudders

Breathe breathe

Try to breathe

Through it

I wait for it to kick

Medical cocktail

Cymbalta kavinace deep breathing

Calm down

I can’t! Calm down
