This Generation
They say this generation will be the one to bury our culture in the slums.
As if we not there already.
They say this generation has farther to go than it's come.
Dang that's heavy.
They say this generation graduates from the bottom of the barrel no care for the world,
no respect for these girls, no fathers for the boys no action figures play with guns as toys.
The noise outside is loud the media makes us monsters and we seem proud in that fact.
Older ones shake their heads younger ones thrive for that.
The feeling of the world bleeding as we playing russian roulette and trying to break craps.
Drugs and violence,
don't snitch embrace silence
mottos that make those kids live in compliance.
But I believe this generation can do more (this is our hour) than be poor give them a chance before the army does that make it rain dance (lead shower). Slavery is over that's a lie psychological bonds on my kid unravelling all MLK and Malcolm X did. Whose the head of all this confusion whose the man responsible for creating this illusion freedom ain't free round this generation this is the rapture of life we salvation waiting military facing soldiers. Confused what to fight for and who to serve so they give up on God to praise Jay HOVA. This generation will light the fuse and erase the darkness they're winners and cannot lose.
