Generation Gap

Afraid to fly is half this generation.

The rest compete for the upper hand.

The dearest thoughts we now hold inside us,

the worst events we witness to no end.

No person stands out unless with infamy.

No happiness found without selfishness.

This generation, I repeat, is different somehow.

We all want to fly, but do not quite know how.
