Geode

A geode sits there, quietly disregarded like the rest.  Looking exactly like all of the other rocks, yet holding within something valuable: A heart, a power, a gemstone. No one knows from the outside that this rock is actually so much more, so the good-natured geode sits there, perpetually waiting for someone to come and give her a chance; waiting for someone to notice her inner beauty and let it outshine her plain exterior.
