George Floyd

What happened to George Floyd was uncalled for,

What happened to George Floyd was an embarrassment to the United States,

What happened to George Floyd was an embarrassment to the American ideal of equality,

What happened to George Floyd proved that equality in America still has yet to exist,

What happened to George Floyd was caused by the fact that the Police saw him as someone different,

as someone, not on "their side", some who is not "American",

What happened to George Floyd was caused by the difference between the Majority and Minority groups cultures,

What happened to George Floyd was caused by the socialization of Cops in their thinking,

How they are to act, think, and behave towards citizens like yourself,

What happened to George Floyd happened because of indifferent treatment between races,

As long as there is a way to divide people, there will be a division in treatment,

But yet we are trying to raise awareness for minority cultures,

We are raising the awareness that cultures between races are different,

This awareness is solidating the idea that we are different!

We are not different!

We are not White,

We are not Black,

We are not Hispanic, or Asian,

We are not Men,

We are not Women,

We are not Straight, or Gay,

We are American!

We strive for Equality,

Equality comes from the result of Uniformity.
