Get Me Out Of Here!

Blank walls, empty floors They all stare at me. Judging me as though I'm as exposed as the ceiling. Hanging wires, open pipes Stand and glare at me. Watching me as though I'm as useless as the flooring. Loose tiles, missing lights They all glare at me. Mocking me as though I'm as dirty as the railing. Falling brick, stuffy classes They all stare at me. Tripping me as though I'm as old as the schooling.

My school is under construction this year and at the same time my english teacher tried to pound in our heads that everything in poetry has a greater meaning and so I created this poem.
