Get Out

All I need is the world.

I need to feel Earth between my toes,

and the sun brushing my skin.

I need to see the sky in all of it's changing colors.

I need to breathe what is still flesh into my lungs and soul that have been poisoned

with gasoline, pesticides, and human ignorance.

I need my hands to brush the pure surfaces of Mother Nature's flesh.

My ears need to know the sound of life all around.

My heart needs to be opened along with my mind.

All I need is to go.

I have to get out,

so I may go home.
