Getting the pain off my chest and onto the paper

Wow am I heartbroken, disappointed, alone, shameful, dreadfully hurt, terrified, alarmed, angry, saddened, mistreated, disregarded, feeling worthless, and empty.

Wow did your actions hurt, bruise, cut and gash me open when I least expected it.

Wow did my heart crumble, fall, collapse, collide, break, and burn like you ripped it straight out of my chest.

Wow did my tears cry an ocean of despair, desperation, agony, and hell that you put me through while you laughed and yelled and continued to torture me.

Wow how I do not know how to forgive, forget, and let go of this terror and pain I endured.
